Hydro Thunder Repair help? Diego board problem

Hello,

Looking for some help with the repair of my Hydro Thunder. I have
narrowed the problem down to the video processor on the Diego board.
It does not convert the VGA output from the PC into RGB for the video
monitor.

If I plug in a regular video monitor into the PC, I can see the game
play, but video going through the Diego board and into an RGB monitor,
I get nothing.

Unfortunately, I can't find much information on these Diego boards.
Does anyone know where I can get mine repaired, replaced, or find a
work around for this problem?

I have an extra Hydro Thunder PC board that I can barter with.

Call Happcontrols. I had them repair one for me a while back and did a great
job. I did find a diego board somewhere for sale but I want to say it was
~650.. On mine one of the video amps was blow.. I think total with return
shipping cost me ~80$.
